These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Room8. By using Room8, you agree to use the app respectfully, safely, and lawfully.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the app, the App Store rating, and applicable law. Room8 is not intended for children.

User conduct

You agree not to use Room8 for harassment, hate speech, impersonation, threats, spam, scams, illegal activity, or sharing explicit content without consent.

Profiles and content

You are responsible for the information, photos, messages, and other content you submit. Do not upload or share content that violates someone else’s rights, privacy, or consent.

Safety and moderation

Room8 may remove content, restrict accounts, or take action when behavior appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or against these Terms.

Private Peek

Private Peek content should only be shared with consent. Do not screenshot, distribute, publish, or misuse another person’s private content.

No guarantee of matches or interactions

Room8 does not guarantee matches, messages, meetings, relationships, or any specific outcome from using the app.

Changes to the app

Room8 is in early access. Features may be changed, paused, removed, or updated over time.
